I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at the Speedco location in Youngstown, Ohio. My visit, which was intended for a routine oil change—a task that typically takes no more than one hour—resulted in a total wait time of five hours. This significant and unexpected delay caused a major disruption to my entire day's schedule and negatively impacted my logbook entries. I expect a much higher level of efficiency and professionalism from a service center of this nature. I hope you will review your internal processes to ensure that other customers do not experience such unreasonable delays in the future.

I had my truck’s steer tires replaced here. Great team, very professional, and they answered all my questions. The service was fast and the job was done right. Highly recommend.
